12-Week PT-Supervised Group Strength & Conditioning · 6+ Months Post-Op · No Evaluation Required
Per Session
Cleared isn't the same as ready.
You've done the PT. You've hit your range of motion numbers. Your surgeon signed off. But the first time you plant your foot and cut at full speed, your body hesitates — and that gap between cleared and ready is exactly what this program is built to close.
The ACL Return to Sport program at Apex is a small-group strength and conditioning program for athletes who have been through ACL reconstruction and are ready to train hard again. Not cleared-to-jog hard. Return-to-competition hard.
Start your intakePT-supervised. Criteria-based. Community-driven.
Every session, every athlete starts at the same place and earns their way up set by set — gated in real time by a licensed PT based on pain response, movement quality, and knee control. The load rises across 12 weeks as you get stronger. Nobody holds anyone back. Everyone pushes each other forward.
An athlete at 6 months post-op and an athlete at 11 months train in the same session. Same exercises. Individualized ceilings. That's the difference between a group class and a clinical program.
Not a workout. The test that proves you're ready.
Week 12 is a dedicated testing session — no training load. Every metric from the last 12 weeks gets formally measured. Results issued the same day. Exit report for your surgeon and coach.
